Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a 100% refund (minus truck freight where applicable). You will pay for return shipping and must contact us for return authorization.
Product Warranty
Quality Built Lawn Furniture offers a one year limited warranty on all of our products to be free from defects in workmanship and/or material(s).This warranty is limited as stated above. Quality Built Lawn Furniture will not be considered liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by or resulting from the use of and/or handling of any of their products. Quality Built Lawn Furniture reserves the right to determine whether full replacement or replacement of the defective part.
Shipping Policy
We ship most of our products via UPS or Fedex. Prices listed in our online store include shipping. We ship large orders and large items such as our dining table by truck frieght. E-mail us for a freight quote.
We strive to ship orders within five business days; however, it can take longer depending on the size of the order and color combinations. Feel free to contact us for a more specific delivery time.
Payment Policy
We use PayPal to processing payments securely online. You may also place your order over the phone and send a check in the mail, but we will hold your order until the payment clears.
